About Restoration Specialties LLC
Ken Hilzer has been in the roofing business since 1972. Starting as a roof loader and laborer, he began residential re-roofing five years later with Resource Service Company in Washington. After serving with the United States Army from 1979-1982, Ken worked as a Roofer and Roofing Foreman with the Widmer Corporation and San Marino Roofing Company until 1986, when he became a self-licensed contractor in the state of California. After working as a Sales Manager, Project Manager, General Manager, and Partner with Roofing & Remodeling Service of America, he started Restoration Specialties LLC in 2006 in Phoenix, AZ.
With RS LLC, his focus has been primarily storm restoration for all types of roofing nationwide. He has worked in commercial and residential roofing in anywhere from 15-5,000 squares, in addition to handling siding and gutter repair. Over the years, Ken and his staff have serviced the areas of Phoenix, AZ; Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN; Atlanta, GA; Houston, TX; Chicago, IL; Knoxville, TN; Louisville, KY; Greenville, SC; and Denver, CO; as well as upstate New York and Western South Dakota. Restoration Specialties LLC employs experienced associates who are dedicated to providing world-class customer service and outstanding workmanship.
